M&T Bank Corp Reduces Holdings in Schwab U.S. REIT ETF

M&T Bank Corp has decreased its shares in the Schwab U.S. REIT ETF (NYSEARCA:SCHH) by 7.4% during the third quarter, according to a report by Holdings Channel. Following the sale of 69,500 shares, the bank now holds a total of 864,500 shares in the ETF, with the total value of these holdings amounting to approximately $20,030,000 as detailed in its latest SEC filing.

Additionally, a number of other institutional investors have also adjusted their positions in SCHH recently. For instance, Asset Allocation Strategies LLC significantly increased its stake in the Schwab U.S. REIT ETF by 382.0% during the third quarter. This firm now owns 85,151 shares, valued at $1,973,000, after acquiring an additional 67,484 shares in the last quarter. Similarly, JDM Financial Group LLC has taken a fresh stake in the fund valued at around $75,000. Furthermore, Peloton Wealth Strategists raised its investment by 5.1% to hold 79,955 shares worth $1,853,000 following the purchase of an additional 3,890 shares.
