Nebius Group N.V. (NASDAQ: NBIS) is experiencing an uptick in its stock price during premarket trading on Wednesday after significant announcements at GTC 2025. The AI infrastructure company revealed that it will serve as an early adopter cloud provider for NVIDIA’s advanced Blackwell Ultra platform. This partnership will allow Nebius to offer customers access to instances powered by NVIDIA GB300 NVL72.

By the end of 2025, Nebius aims to deliver enhanced computing capabilities featuring 72 NVIDIA Blackwell Ultra GPUs. This development will enable enterprises and AI developers to harness powerful on-demand AI functionalities.

As part of these announcements, Nebius stated that NVIDIA Blackwell GPU capacity will be generally available at its data centers in the United States starting in the second quarter of 2025. This move promises to provide AI builders with world-class infrastructure necessary for developing next-generation AI models.

In addition to becoming an early adopter, Nebius has been named an ecosystem partner for NVIDIA’s Dynamo Inference Engine. This open-source framework facilitates large-scale deployment of generative AI. A dedicated facility for NVIDIA Blackwell-architecture GPUs is under construction in New Jersey, with plans to also deploy NVIDIA HGX B200 at the Kansas City data center by the second quarter of 2025.

According to Dave Salvator, director of accelerated computing products at NVIDIA, “As one of the first GPU cloud providers to offer NVIDIA Blackwell and Blackwell Ultra-powered instances, Nebius will enable its customers to accelerate next-generation reasoning models, AI agents, and physical AI applications.”

Earlier in March, Nebius announced plans for a new data center in New Jersey with a capacity of up to 300 MW. The facility, designed by Nebius, will aim for maximum efficiency and provide outstanding performance for its customers. This data center will be developed in phases, with the initial capacity potentially completed as soon as summer 2025.
