This issuance was carried out by Owens-Brockway Glass Container, Inc., a subsidiary of O-I Glass. Furthermore, the company has also finalized the full allocation of a €600 million bond due in 2028, which was issued by O-I European Group B.V., another subsidiary of O-I Glass, Inc.
